Comments On WidgetBucks

I’ve been running WidgetBucks for about a week now since writing my review of WidgetBucks, and I have some comments on the program and how it performs. So far WidgetBucks is showing some definite potential, but, as expect, the program performs best on websites related to the products they offer. They don’t have an extensive offering, but if you can match your website with what they have, you can definitely earn extra money.

I didn’t offer up and hot cyber real estate for the project. I didn’t replace my main “Heat zone” ads for the WidgetBucks ads, instead I put them in the sidebar, which has always performed horribly for Adsense. I wasn’t expected a high CTR, and I haven’t been getting it, but I am earning extra money with no hit on my main earnings. Where I come from, earning more money for the same effort is always good news.

I plan on experimenting more with the program in coming weeks, including attempting to place some of the ads in more choice positioning. We’ll see how it goes.
