It takes a lot of dedication to maintain dedicated to blogging. And I’m also finding out it takes being completely refreshed in order to maintain a positive attitude. When you spend an inordinate amount of time on the computer, it really seems to take a toll on you. If you get too burned out, it will probably result in your skipping blogging for some period of time. So how can you maintain your drive to blog?

Keep yourself “fresh” at all times

It’s as simple as that. If you get burnt out from blogging, your efforts tend to dwindle. So you have to try and stay somewhat refreshed. One way I can think of to do that is to take quality time off from your blog. This is especially true if you really have nothing left to say.

When you do finally take some time off (even if it’s on the weekend), don’t forget to really relax and enjoy yourself. The more refreshed you are when you return, the better.

Consider any time away from your computer to be quality time. If you’ve been blogging consistently for any length of time, you can just let your archive carry you. That’s the point of having it!

If you can manage to stay fresh and relaxed, your drive to blog will never wane.

What do you do to maintain your desire to blog?
