Quick And Dirty Favicon.ico Creation For Your Blog

Here’s a quick way to create a favicon.ico for your blog. Of course there are more complex (and probably arftul ways to do it), but this will get the job done.

• Install a copy of Screenhunter, if you don’t already have it.
• Capture your logo
• Hustle off to the Free Favicon Generator and follow the simple instructions
• Save to your desktop
• Upload to your server’s root
• Add this line to your “Head” file:
  

• Marvel at beauty of your new favicon.ico
