Okay, if you hustle, you can build a brand new blog up to 2,700 unique daily visitors.

Here’s the recipe:

1) Popular subject
2) Multiple Authors
3) High post density
4) Social news promotion
5) Customer Loyalty Initiatives

That’s the recipe for quick success for modern bloggers looking to get money. The revenue stream after 12 days is $4.93 per day, with a high of $14.83 hit yesterday.

No fancy SEO was used, other than using keyword-only URLs and a new sitemap system I made . I decided to scrap the built in tagging system in Wordpress and go with one category and sitemaps. This presents a relatively flat site structure, and the pages are being indexed in Google with 24 hours and are ranking well. The site has received 741 visitors from Google, as well, having ranked from the first day on.

That’s it people. A domain for $8.88 is the only investment of money so far into the site. The rest has been the time spent by myself and my wife Heather. At this rate, I seriously plan on getting the revenue stream to $100 daily with the first 30 days.

The website was designed using the same template as this one, and the design is geared towards Adsense, but the CPM ads could be integrated easily.

I’ve covered most of the main ideas of how to do this before, but the essentials are: post density, popularity of subject (demand), and speed of update. It will be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks with the traffic. I’m sure the rise won’t always be this steady, but with the search traffic contributing so quickly, it just might be.

If anyone wants anymore details, let me know.

    4. Darren,
I could not agree with your “Of course this little time never tells the whole story …” as I believe in the saying - morning shows the day. What I liked most about the post is your opening up with the tricks of the trade with facts and figures.
Please do let me know further details as I always try to learn the secrets of success.

    7. Thanks everyone.

Leroy, the account is averaging $5 per day, but it’s going up a bit. I’m guessing $250-$400 for month one.
