It’s Saturday in the blogosphere

I tend towards waking very early. Most days I’m up by 5am. The first thing I do is run to my computer and check how my “internet business” is doing. This has been my custom now for many, many years. The weekends tend towards slower times, but there’s still people and activity out there. The rhythm is a little slower, but that doesn’t matter in the long run. Weekends are still a time for blogger to do the job.
Blogging never goes away. That’s how it’s different than many other jobs. You can always look into your stats with some excitement. It’s great to see how you did yesterday, and how it compares with other days. But the main thing you do on weekends is plan for your upcoming week. The battle plans need to be drawn for the upcoming days and months.
Now we’re heading into Autumn, and it’s time to analyze what needs to be done to accomplish our goals in 2006. Time is running out on accomplishments, but that doesn’t mean you should give up. You can still do it, if you start right now. So any blogging goals you’ve decided on in 2006 should now have a detailed plan that can actually be executed before year end.
If you’re up early on a Saturday morning, like I am, I suggest getting to work. There will be time to rest later, when you’re dead

I’m addicted to my stats too - now if those earnings would just increase a little lol.

Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is a revenue stream

Yes. Small Adsense revenues are like a small penis. Not something you want to admit to

Saturday is a very tough day for pro bloggers to get traffic. Fortunately, today, one of my entries at SOuthAsiaBiz has been blessed by Shoutwire.com and thus I have got nearly 1900 hits. Or else, Saturday, is a very tough day.

Early morning hours are considered most effective for concentration and creative work. That is why gurus suggest the morning time for meditation. Unless one is a night ‘owl’, he is always at his best in the morning hours. I am a morning ‘lark’ like ypu, Darren!

I’m a morning person, too.
While the rest of the world is off sleeping, you get a “jumpstart” on the day.
That’s the way I like it
