If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Look folks, I understand how busy all of you are. I know you’re “probloggers”, which essentially means you type all day for peanuts (they used to call it “data processing” and pay honest wages, just so you know), so you can’t always do one of my more intensive “Six Question Blogger Interviews”. But there’s no reason you can’t become part of this new amazing program.

What you’ll get: a shot at my 36 RSS Feed Readers. That’s right, you’ll be exposed to my 36 Feed Readers and to my plethora of ad-hoc site visitors. You’ll also get a link from me, and I am the original “Link-Pimp”, so that’s money in the bank, my friends. All I need from you is the following, and it won’t require a self-addressed stamped envelope at all:

1) A Bio. Tell us about yourself. Include a description and a digital photograph (It’s 2006…you have heard of Flickr eh?).

2) Answer this question and be as detailed as possible. What is the primary and driving goal that has prompted you to blog? I want you to be as clear as you can, and really help me understand why you’ve decided to join this exciting industry.

That’s it people. Hit me up at the email address carefully hidden in the sidebar, and I’ll publish your work when I get it. If your answer is good, you’ll automatically be offered inclusion in the 6 Question Interview Series, as well as becoming eligible for my never before announced “Blogger Interview of the Year” contest, scheduled for 12/31/2006. (I’ll pick the winner live via Web Cam from an undisclosed Caribbean location during my annual holiday celebration).

Don’t forget to spread the word, and thanks, as always, for your consideration.

Me? Eh, the name’s Leroy Brown, and I’m sure you all know the song. I have a beautiful wife and a wonderful son. I live in the ridiculously hot state of Texas for now, though I still call Maryland home. I was born and raised in Baltimore, and moved out this way a few years ago for my wife’s job. One day I’ll make it back home, though I’ll surely miss the winters here.

I would post a picture of myself here, but I don’t hate Darren’s readers that much. Instead, I’ve settled on this picture of a duck-billed platypus. It’s much less harmful for your eyes.

To get rich. Or as a joke. I don’t recall which one. I’m pretty sure it was the latter though. See, when I started my first blog, I was working 80-90 hours a week, my wife was away at war, and my son was halfway across the country staying with my in-laws. I really just started blogging to do something that was goofy and un-serious. If you read my early posts at the Green Llama, that will show pretty quickly. So for me, if was just an escape from the dreariness of the real world.

Fortunately, it turned out that I like blogging, so I still do it now that life is back to normal. It turns out that I even make a little coin from it – who would’ve thought?
